Page 99 • Justin Sandercoe (Official Music Video)

This is the music video for my song Page 99. Hope you dig it!Album is available on iTunes - pre-order now - release date is Feb 28th:http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPreorder?id=349532431&s=143444The first day of shooting was on a freezing cold wet day in Dorking forest. The crew were all cool but it was hard going, muddy, wet and really cold - the fire was nice but... cos of the rain we had to have a second day of shooting a few weeks later, which went a lot better and I think most of what we used came from that day. Some pictures on my artist web site...http://www.justinsandercoe.comBig thanks to all the Fin and all the crew!!Directed by Finbar MallonProducer: Angus EllisDirector of Photography: Michael FurlongerArt Director: Ula Lee ThorpeCamera Assistant 1: Ollie RandallCamera Assistant 2: Jo CalderUnit Manager: Richard GuntherThis video was commissioned using http://www.RadarMusicVideos.com - if you are looking to get a music video done then check it out - it's a way cool concept.More of Fin's vids: http://www.youtube.com/user/finxetyMore of Michael: http://www.myspace.com/furlongerCOMPETITION**The first 5 people to upload a video response of a cover of this song (must be the whole song but can be strummed or interpreted your own way) will win a 30 min skype private guitar lesson with me!Then the best five performances (judged by me, and extra credit will be given to young performers and or original interpretation) will also get a 30 minute private lesson on skype!! I will judge these the end of album release week - March 7th 2010.Video lesson is found at:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dT3Lm-6XsCY.

Really Useful Strumming Techniques Vol II (Promo)

This video shows you the stuff you will learn in RUST II (Really Useful Strumming Techniques Vol 2). You can buy it from the link below.http://justinguitar.com/en/PR-008-RUST2.phpThis DVD is designed to help people that have gone through the Really Useful Strumming Techniques Volume I and are looking to learn 16th note strumming patterns. This DVD assumes that you understand and can confidently play your 8th note strumming patterns and you keep your hand moving when you strum. This DVD moves at a faster pace than Vol I, and as well as showing you the patterns, I explain the 16th note count, how to break down the 4 notes in each beat and then how to make up your own patterns. It's important that you go through and make up some of your own patterns with this DVD, there are far too many 16th note strumming patterns for me to go through them all. So what we do is go through 24 of the most common patterns and explain how you can experiment with them.If you do some of your own study then it won't take long for you to hear the patterns you hear in songs and work out how to play them! There is a pdf booklet on the DVD for you to print out (or just look at on a computer screen) and of course support is available on the web site forum found at www.justinguitar.com/forumI'm sure that if you enjoyed RUST Vol I and are looking to increase you skills as a rhythm player that you are going to dig this one too!http://www.justinguitar.com
